CHILAQUILES WITH PORK LEG IN HOMEMADE CHIPOTLE SAUCE

Homemade Chipotle
Garnish: Boiled Red Rice with Green Peas

Ingredients
Chilaquiles
  • 1 Jar of Homemade Chipotle Chilesquiles Sauce
  • 200 Gr Shredded Pork Leg Meat
  • 4 Cups Unsalted Tortilla Chips
  • 4 Cups Sour Cream
  • 4 Tbsp Fresh Milk Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 4 Tbsp Chopped White Onion​
Garnish
  • 3 Cups Boiled Red Rice with Green Peas​
Preparation
Chilaquiles
  1. In a skillet, heat the Chilesquiles Homemade Chipotle Sauce. Reduce the heat once it has warmed through. Add Tortilla Chips and stir carefully so they won’t break until completely mixed. Stir in the Shredded Pork Leg Meat and carefully mix again. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot. Garnish with Cream, Cheese and Chopped Onion to taste​.
  2. Served with Boiled Red Rice with Green Peas​.
