- 1/3 Bottle of Grill Brava Chilesquiles Sauce
- 300 gr Fresh or Frozen Strawberries with Green Bits removed
- ¼ Cup of Honey
- ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 16 Pieces of Chicken Wings (with the Two Pieces still attached)
- AP Flour as needed
- Oil as needed to fry
1.- Blend the Strawberries with the Honey, Sugar and Grill Brava Chilesquiles Sauce. Place in a pot and simmer until it gets to desired consistency. Remove from heat, stir in the Vinegar and season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
2.- For the Chicken Wings, season with Salt and Pepper. Dredge in the AP Flour and allow them to rest in it for 30 minutes.
3.- Remove from flour and pat off excess. Fry until cooked through and crispy.
4.- Place the Wings in a bowl, add the Strawberry Sauce and mix well.
5.- Enjoy with a Cold Beer.
