800gr Meat of your Choice (Beef, Pork Butt or Chicken Breast)
1 Bottle of Signature Red Chilesquiles Sauce
1 Iceberg Lettuce Shredded
2 Cups of Refried Beans
5 Radishes Sliced Thinly
3 Roma Tomatoes Chopped Finely
1/3 Fine Chopped White Onion
1/2 Bunch of Chopped Cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
1.- Boil meat in salted water until fully cooked then shred it.
2.- Heat the Refried Beans.
3.- Place a thin layer of Refried Beans on top of the tostada, followed by a bed of Shredded Lettuce then top it with the Shredded Meat and sauce at the end.
4.- Top with your Pico de Gallo Salsa and garnish with the Radish Slices. Serve and eat immediately.
For the Pico de Gallo Salsa:
1.- Mix the Roma Tomatoes, Onion and Cilantro. Mix well and season to taste with Salt.
