1lb. Peeled and Deveined Small Raw Shrimp
2 Cups Rice Flour
1 Cup of Milk
2 Large Eggs
1 (8oz) Jar of Grill Brava Chilesquiles Sauce
1.-Place flour in a shallow dish. Whisk together milk and eggs in another dish. Dredge the shrimp in batches in the flour. Shake off the excess; Dip in egg mixture, then in the flour, shaking off the excess.
2.-Pour oil to depth of 1 ½ inches into a dutch oven; heat to 350F. Fry shrimp in batches, 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until golden. Drain on wire racks over paper towels; sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve with warm Grill Brava Chilesquiles Sauce for dipping.
